Alexus & Gray

We're Alexus and Gray, the couple behind Maka Studios.

Our passion is creating timeless wedding imageryand meaningful experiences that bring people together. From intimate weddings to thoughtfully curated editorials, we believe every story deserves to be captured with intention.

Alexus studied Film at Austin Community College and has spent the past six years refining her craft in photography and filmmaking, including three years dedicated to the wedding industry. Her work is inspired by documentary storytelling, cinematic composition, and timeless bridal fashion.

Gray serves as our Production Coordinator, overseeing logistics, planning, and behind-the-scenes operations to ensure every experience runs seamlessly. Together, we combine creativity and organization to create an environment where couples and creatives can feel inspired and confident.

Whether we're documenting a wedding or producing an editorial experience, our goal remains the same: to create beautiful work while fostering meaningful relationships within the creative community.
